INFLUENCE AND AFFILIATION MARKETING MANAGER
Start date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
â Developed and led influencer and affiliate marketing strategies on behalf of clients, liaising between clients and influencers, managers, affiliate marketing teams and commercial publishers
â Demonstrated ingenuity in problem solving, coordinating influencer / affiliate requests and approaching customer questions
â Strong knowledge of emerging affiliate networks to explore, how to navigate major affiliate networks and methods of increasing sales through influencer and editorial opportunities as well as cashback and coupon sites
â Developed the affiliate marketing network by consolidating new partners and developing existing relationships with publishers and influencers
â Excellent at navigating organic / paid influencer marketing, understanding how to negotiate and craft influencer contracts and celebrity endorsement deals if needed
â Developed and executed customer strategies across multiple accounts to achieve brand goals throughout the year and create successful influencer and affiliate marketing strategies
â Consistently secure editorial content for paid or organic affiliates – ie long-running product reviews, listing placements, etc.
â Established and developed a network of strong relationships with influencers and commercial editors, in all categories: lifestyle, fashion, beauty, design, food and drink
â Support the founder and account manager of ASHE in the management of customer requests, the coordination of influence or affiliation opportunities, customer service, new business proposals, campaign execution, etc.
â Assisted the account manager in overlaying influence and affiliation indicators in weekly, monthly and annual customer reports
â Organized and executed giveaways and samplings for influencers and VIPs
â Collaborated with the team’s event contact to design and establish lists of events and activations
â 3 to 5 min of influencer / affiliate / digital marketing experience, bonus agency experience
â Must be based in the Tri-State area and is available to work in person in Dumbo, Brooklyn (Soho Works)
â Proven prior experience in developing client strategies and achieving results on a variety of platforms
â Successfully accomplish daily tasks while contributing to long term goals. Self-taught!
â Great attention to detail, sense of organization and ability to meet deadlines
â Strong communication skills in written and verbal form
â Experience in managing multiple clients and junior level staff
â Ability to work as a strong team player who can also work independently during times of high pressure
